I crushed 13# of grain for a brew....into a brown paper bag...rolled and stapled the top of bag...put bag in kegerator. Things came up and 3 weeks later that bag is still there, waiting.... When I get back home should brew with it, or call it a loss. ??

I have been adding a 1/2# of light dme to my recipes lately for head retention, with great results. I have tried carapils and wheat in the past, but I like the DME. What say you?

When you guys run crown, do you cope your inside corners, or just 45 it. I've been coping all my life, and these days most jobs spec out MDF, which is cuts like hot butter with my coping saw. I usually end up caulking my insides anyways, so why not just 45 the inside corners with fingerjoint...
