    Crushed grain fridge storage

I crushed 13# of grain for a brew....into a brown paper bag...rolled and stapled the top of bag...put bag in kegerator. Things came up and 3 weeks later that bag is still there, waiting.... When I get back home should brew with it, or call it a loss. ??

    head/head retention

I have been adding a 1/2# of light dme to my recipes lately for head retention, with great results. I have tried carapils and wheat in the past, but I like the DME. What say you?

I hope the brew Santa brings me.......

I'm hoping santa leaves me a "blichmann beer gun" under the tree for Christmas. I've been dropping not so subtle hints to the missus. A bottle of westie12 in the stocking would make for the most merry new new year, but I don't think even the elves can find that. What are you guys hoping Beer...

Green bottles skunking beers? All Beers?

First time poster here, gonna jump right in!... I still bottle a good deal of my beer for various reasons. If it is a quaffable beer that will not be aged, I usually go with Grolsch bottles since I have so many. I don't worry about skunkage, I store them in 12 pack cardboard boxes in the...
