I'm brewing a tangerine cream ale. I'm focused on a nice light color for the wort before I start adding tangerine juice. My marzen is done and it is delicious.

Scot Free Double Brown Ale and Black Cherry Wheat.

I came out with more hop and less cherry flavor than I thought. Over time, it is getting less spicy. Quite good though. I'm going to cut the hops by half and try it again.
