Hi all.
New to the forum.
I have brewed 5 gallon extract kits before.
Getting back into brewing after a few years of being away.
I picked up the Brewers Edge Mash & Boil to do all grain or extract if I want.
Anyway, I found a recipe I would like to try but it is a 6 gallon all grain recipe.
I have a 5 gallon setup.
What are the steps to scale down?
Are there general rules for scaling in either direction? Just a percentage formula?
