Can you bottle condition cider to create carbonation?
 
as long as there's still yeast in there and some sugar for them to eat, i don't see why not
 
Yes, I do it all the time. Use the same priming calculations that you would for beer.
 
Only for a dry cider. Don't try this with anything backsweetened with fermentable sugar. That's asking for bottle bombs
