I've been brewing beer kits for a few years. I brew most of the different beers.
Recently I brewed an ordinary lager, to zest it up I added some Indian dried orange Peel.
It came perfect, with a slight citrus taste.

I have made 3 brews this year, 2026. All from homebrew kits. I make kits because I don't have the room for brewing from scratch.
I do tweak the brews. A Continental lager to which I added Saaz hops. An Irish stout, which I've made into a coffee stout, 500g Treacle added
and a Mexican lager to which I added Mangrove Jacks Bohemian lager yeast. Just bottled the Coffee stout and the Mexican lager is awaiting bottling.
