Pitched the yeast this morning after no-chill overnight. It hit 1.035 like planned, but was a tiny bit less than two gallons. The hydrometer sample was quite good and malty.
Starting burping every 22 seconds last night ten hours after pitching the yeast. And every 2.5 seconds this morning.
