What are you doing with homebrew today?

Checked on the IPA I racked onto Nottingham cake. Ya, I'm pushing the volume in the fermenter. Krausen is pretty well behaved under pressure, and it is at 17C, it should be fine.

Bottled up, 2 cases of Shady Bohemian, used what was left into the fermenter to make up about 3 gallons of Braggot with another 5 quarts of water and 5 pounds of honey,(ish pouring problems). Gave the keezer a once over and put the bottles of Shady Boh in it set at 62 to carb up.

The braggot is set at 59 degrees and the blow off tube is going nuts!

Very exciting day here!
Cleaned all of my beer lines today!
Using Kegland carb caps and tees on 2L soda bottles makes it super quick and easy. Cleaned, flushed, and filled 4 lines with Sanitizer in about 45 minutes including letting them sit for 15 minutes with BLV solution.
