2026 Monthly Zoom Happy Hour

Unfortunately I'll be at the annual family picnic that day.
 
I'm going to a brewery for their anniversary...Probably via Uber.

you are not the first person to say that to me.

also not the first person to be reminded that my perfection meter is REALLY strained by caulking. (I am actually fairly good at it but man it fucks with me)

also caulking deep relatively large gaps between the tile and the tub/floor/ceiling are tough just due to the quantity of caulk wasted. At $15 a tube for the color matched mapei stuff its painful. Luckily in done with the expensive stuff now i am on the ceiling which is "relatively cheaper" ultra stretchy paintable stuff.
 
I was taught caulk many years ago.

My biggest problem with it is that it picks up black mildew. No matter the brand or type, eventually the black gets in there and you need to do it over.

agreed.

the mapei stuff is pretty darn good though. it is also water clean up and paintable which is very nice. It also has a fairly long working time before it skims over which is nice.
 
I drank enough beer at the brewery anniversary party on Saturday to require an Uber home:) Also watched movies with my girlfriend. Missed y'all though.

Almost that time again. Unfortunately I’ll be MIA. Weekend trip to Columbus Zoo. My mom has been taking care of my grandparents so my brother and I are getting her out of town with the grandkids. @Donoroto text me if there is a zoom issue.
