Kinda washed my hands of competitions a 2-3 years ago, figure I'll take one more swing at it. I've never fared well in the Madison comp, usually some pretty stiff competition.

Going to send 3 beers this time, Shady Bohemian(Czech Dark Lager), Shore Leave Lager(California Common) and Drea's Best(Irish Red Ale). Have never sent Drea's to a comp before, not sure what to expect. I've sent Shady Bohemian and Shore Leave both before, they actually both medaled and scored very well at "For What It's Wort" but they have not scored well at the Madison comp in a couple previous attempts(call me stubborn, but I'm sending them again).

Will do, isn't until October, should give me plenty of time to lager.

I compete a lot, wins and losses seem to have a cycle to them. One year I’m winning everything and the next year I bomb. I think what you’re doing is good, your persistence will pay off.
