It is smooth with a bit of boozyness. If you like Belgian ales, give this a try. You can almost taste the bourbon.

A sample from my Treehouse Julius. It's a bit darker since I used Chevalier malt. I could have increased the dry hops a bit. Overall, once it is carbed it will tasty. The lighting wasn't ideal.
