Hey all. Been lurking around for a bit here and there and i thought i would actually sign up and see what i can learn and hopefully teach.
Ive been brewing for about 10 years but only "seriously" for the last two or so.
Recently uncapped the first from a batch of a Belgian Stout aged on Cab Barrels... had some issues but overall good.
two weeks out from opening my Rye IPA
Im a few days from bottling a S.M.a.S.H. IPA (plain American Two Row and Zythos), Dry hopping now.
This weekend i am planning a brew day. this is going to be my Christmas Stout. The recipe is (Very) loosely based on Wassail.
...still needs a few things ironed out.
