    I'm having the same issue and was going to report it. Even when I use the water calculator, the recipe overrides to 10% and ignores the pH from the calculator. If I hit the edit button to go back to the water calculator, the acid has been changed there to 10%

    There should be a "custom" yeast selection, just like there is for custom fermentables. In case I want to use something weird that's not in the list. (and I did that recently -- K1V-1116 wine yeast seems to work great as an ale yeast.) Thanks, Bob

    I used to do percentage recipes all the time with the old interface. It was easy. (not so easy now because the conversions from ounces to pounds doesn't work anymore. I assume that will come back when the other bugs are fixed) Example: (a Kentucky Common recipe I'm working on) 73 ounces...
