Revisiting this issue. The original issue was resolved back in March but it broke "Auto Scale Fermentation Chart Y axis scale." - Is that issue still open in your ticket/issue-tracker? To me it still looks unresolved?

In https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/profile/general_settings you can set your Date/Time Format. In most places this settings seems to be used perhaps except in the label generator.

However I think there is a bug in the graphing. The ambient temperature graph is not plottet correctly at the grid/scale. Have a look at this example where beer and ambient are about identical. Notice ambient show 19ªC (a decimal here would be nice)...
