How long does it generally take the 34/70 to finish at 48?

I can't get Deschutes in Oklahoma so I have never tried the Pacific Wonderland but that is also where I got the idea for that combination. Fresh Squeezed in one of my favorite IPAs.

I made a pilsner with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Mandarina Bavaria whirlpooled. I liked the combination. Kind of reminded me a Blue Moon with an orange wedge.

I did an American Pilsner with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Mandarina Bavaria. Turned out great. Had an orange citrusy flavor.

How did it turn out?

Sort the hops!!!! It is driving me crazy.:)

I would second FWH.

I generally don't use more than 4 grains. Fewer the better IMO. I would skip the rye unless you have a specific reason for it. Would also skip the honey malt unless you are wanting a little sweetness in your beer.

I like pale ales with Vienna. Only thing I would change is get rid of the carapils for flaked wheat or flaked oats.

I have done 60 minutes pilsner boils but generally chicken out and just go 90. I couldn't really detect any dms but I can't say it wasn't there. I know a guy that is very sensitive to dms. Should have had him try it.

First time using it but have read it is a toned down Galaxy. Friend of mine tried that combo and raved about it.

Cascade is a great hop. I am brewing a Cascade/Vic Secret combo tonight.

A few months ago when I was building my keezer I drilled through the line of a brand new freezer. Doh!!!!

Cascade and Citra are great together as well as Citra and Mosaic.
