Brewing my M-43 NEIPA this week, calls for 67.7% UK Pilsen, can I sub in 2 row? I have plenty of 2 row on hand...

I would I'd expect your two row might have a slight higher lovibond. I'd be astounded if you could taste the difference too in an IPA:). Go for it I would.

You can sub anything you want. Is it a good idea? In this case it likely won't make much of a difference. Might be a bit sweeter and grainier.
