I brewed a Dunkelweizen with a OG 1.050 . The recipe said to ferment 10 days at 64 degrees... FG between 1.014 - 1.018. I'm at day 8 and it's at 1.030. Did I lose this yeast in this batch??
Let it keep on going. Maybe check it again in 3 or 4 days and see where you are.[/QUOT
