New to homebrewing. Addicted already. Made an American Pale Ale first time around. Currently have a holiday porter in the primary. I do full boil 5 gallon batches with extract. Looking to move into AG within a few months.

Thanks! I checked it this morning. Used Safale s04 so I had to get a swamp cooler set up to keep the ferm temp under 65. Going on two weeks sitting in the primary over the yeast cake. I haven’t taken a reading in a week for FG but my first reading was 1.020 and Target FG was 1.015. Target OG Was 1.062 and Actual OG was 1.061. I plan on leaving it for another week and transferring to bottles.
