Hi friends! I'm brewing my first batch of hard pear cider. In the 2nd day of primary fermentation, I noticed a puddle forming around the bucket. Lost more than 1/2 the liquid! Can I add more apple cider at this point and if yes should I add more yeast?? Hoping it's not ruined!!

Thanks for your help,
Sheila

If you ahve a decent krausen going you don't really have anything to worry about yeast wise. Go ahead and add more cider. It might not end well depending if it got contamination from the leak but you'll have a learning opportunity.
