ADJUSTING FINAL GRAVITY NUMBER

Please help.

How do I manual adjust the final gravity figure in the recipe editor. It's giivng my Local Lager recipe a predicted FG of 1.006 but ti know it will only be ± 1.011.

How do i tell it to work on an FG of 1.011.

maybe set the custom attenuation until you hit the right FG? but i'm not sure, i don't play around with that feature
 
There’s probably also a variable associated with the grain you’re using that could be changed to get you the number you’re looking for.

AS JMac said the easiest way is to do a custom attenuation if you know how the yeast will perform. Play with the percentage til it fits how the yeast performs for you.
