Opinion on this Bluetooth Thermometer please.

It's probably okay, I use one that has +/- 1 degree F accuracy, it's an Inkbird grill thermo. It's close enough, closer than I try to control mash temps anyway.

Whats the range on it?
Temperature range
32°F - 572°F

Bluetooth range is a non issue for me as I use a transmitter in the apartment to send bluetooth signals on to the internet system. The transmitter reaches all parts of the apartment all the way down to the garage.

Cool, I just use a wired bbq thermometer. Cost me about $20

Mine didn't cost much more, and I can walk away and do something else - last brew day I finally defeated the pigeons roosting under my deck while heating strike water - while the water is heating. My phone will beep when the required temperature is reached. I don't worry about a degree or two difference in my mash temperature so the accuracy of the thermometer isn't an issue.
