so whats your thoughts, Ill give you the standard traditional way to brew this beer, then an alternative way to achieve the same or better taste, tell me your opinions

Traditional

FERMENTABLES:
14 lb - American - Pale 2-Row (66.7%)
7 lb - American - Vienna (33.3%)

HOPS:
1 oz - Magnum, Type: Pellet, AA: 15, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 25.83
1 oz - Centennial, Type: Pellet, AA: 10, Use: Boil for 20 min, IBU: 10.43
1 oz - Amarillo, Type: Pellet, AA: 8.6, Use: Boil for 20 min, IBU: 8.97
2 oz - Centennial, Type: Pellet, AA: 10, Use: Boil for 10 min, IBU: 12.49
2 oz - Amarillo, Type: Pellet, AA: 8.6, Use: Boil for 10 min, IBU: 10.74
2 oz - Centennial, Type: Pellet, AA: 10, Use: Boil for 0 min

more bitter than first brew im assuming from FWH switch up.
 
I'm interested: Anyone going to do a side by side brew (split the wort and boil it using the differing hop routines) and compare results?
 
Although I'm sure he's already on it, I'll mention the test to Jake at Brulosophy next time I see him.
