think BRY 97 would be a better yeast leaving this FG 1.014
 
I find them (05 and BRY 97) to be the same in every way, except the BRY is soooo slooooow to start :)

Please let us know how the JBA turns out.
 
BRY 97 is my house yeast, its very clean, like lager clean without lagering, its high flocculate and drops to the bottom like a rock, these types you just have to know how to use for best results, ramping up fro 60 to 70 works well and a shake or stir at 67 but the flavor can be cut some with this yeast so if I post a recipe with this yeast, use it or you might have a flavor bomb
