Delta Flocks replacment

I am going to brew tomorrow Aug 25/17 and the recipe calls for 5g of Delta Flocks Finings .....I don't have any so can I use Irish Moss?

Yep. Start rehydrating it now, add it at 15 minutes.

I use whirlflock now i think the two are the same seaweed yep i added at 15 with deltaflock.

I think they're all carrageenan products. Irish Moss is just the raw form. Whirlfloc has baking soda mixed in to help it dissolve faster. Don't know much about Deltaflock...

I just saw it for sale at local HBS and thought I'd try it out nothing exceptionally amazing about it just a regular finning but it did say add at 15 min .
