Just asking anyone if they have a favorite non-Belgian ale yeast they use for high gravity ales (1.090+) original gravity.

WLP099 Super High Gravity Ale Yeast will work, what type of beer? clean, hoppy, malty

if you want high alcohol, just add 1/2 teaspoon of Amylase Enzyme to any yeast but it might go too far, otherwise that yeast will work

Scotish 1728 might work for you. Around 70% attenuation, fairly alcohol tolerant. Neutral flavor yeast wise. Leaves some malty but doesn't hide hops. I like it for RI Stouts.

San Diego Super Yeast, I believe it's WLP090. Nice, clean yeast....
