What are you doing with homebrew today?

Came home to 4 gallons of pale ale on the floor under the kegerator. It's had over a week to mold and dry/get tacky. The floor is stained where the mold was. I take back anything positive I ever said about the FlotIt 2.0

I was looking forward to drinking that
A real bummer. Sorry for you!

For the first time in too long, today I kegged my Summer Pale Ale. Using expired yeast and grains stored (whole, uncrushed) for nearly a year, this comes with low expectations. However, I hit my numbers, the beer smelled and tasted good when sampled for gravity, and flowed clear on transfer. That Torpedo holds the prize, which I will begin carbing tomorrow after it has had a chance to drop in temp. Left keg holds my sparkling tap water, which is divine. My Ss Brewtech fermenter holds a yeast cake that I want to pour something on top of, so I need to get some more grains to brew some more beer!

Does the sparkling water have any flavoring in it? If so, what and how much?

The sparkling water is not flavored, but we made a strawberry shrub as an in the glass additive. An ounce of shrub poured on ice, sparkling water poured atop that. Very tasty!
