I bottled two days ago. Hydrometer sample was real good.

Yes. It's in that ballpark.

Like IPA then...
No. I think once you reached and IPA level of hops you would have a BIPA/CDA style beer.

My ideal Schwarzbier would have an equal level of low-med malt, roast, and bitterness flavors. Well, maybe the roast should be a tad out front from the other two.

I meant more that IPA is a broad ranging style as well, not that they are similar styels
