My first concert was Emerson Lake and Palmer on the Works tour, at Madison Square Garden with the full orchestra. What. A. Show.

Keith Emerson still playing the keyboard, laying on his back with the ‘piano’* on top of him… backwards. As in, playing from behind the keyboard. Who plays from the far side of the keyboard??

*well, a big beat-up box with his Moog keyboards in (on?) it.

I have seen video of Keith playing from the other side as well. Never saw ELP, but my brother had all of their records I listened to them all the time.

Pictures at an Exhibition
Brain Salad Surgery
When I was in High School I traded Boston's second album for Works V1 and V2.
Much preferred the earlier albums, but still think I won that trade

I have all those albums too. I love Brain Salad Surgery. The music is great and the H.R. Giger cover art is fantastic. If you're not familiar with H.R. Giger, he also designed the xenomorph for the movie Alien.
