Kemphos 2001 Cleanser?

Never heard of it. Rinse enough and chlorine can be made to go away… but after a rinse, how to be sure it is still sanitized?
That’s why I use no-rinse sanitizers.
If you try it, I’d be very interested in your opinions of the stuff.
Edit: “in US applications it is a cleaner only”. It is TSP with some chlorination, and aye, the rinse is the issue. Steroklor Plus is their sanitizer (for USA).

Chlorine in stainless is a no go as well.
Oxy-Clean and Star-San for me! I try to get the smell-free Oxy Clean, but it can be hard to find. The last lot I bought has the "fresh smell" crystals in it - but I haven't noticed any difference. Fill the brew kettle, or the fermenter, with warm water and a small amount of Oxy Clean, leave it 10 minutes and all the crud just wipes off! Love it. As for Star-San - I can't think of anything easier or better!
