I´m gonna brew a session ale at 3.5% abv and want to use a higher mash temp to get some body. I first put 70c as a mashtemp and got a FG at 1010 , later I change the mashtemp to 73c, which gave me a FG at 1007?? I thought it would change to a higher FG??

Usually hotter may makes less fermentable wort. My guess is your OG is lower, so your FG is lower as well

At 70c my OG are 1036 and FG 1009 but at 73c my OG are still 1036 but FG 1007.

Hmm very interesting, it should definitely be higher at 73C than 70C.

It shouldn't make much difference, but can you share the recipe?

You can always screw up like me and make a Pumpkin Beer without adding the enzymes, mash on an unlevel surface where your kettle temperatures are all over the place and use one bad and one good package of yeast LOL.
This time for real, if you don't like your FG, try another yeast that doesn't attenuate as much.
