Another new-to-me beer style. i'm not sure ive ever had one before. How is this recipe looking?

Recipe looks really good. However, while I'm not a hop-head, my personal preference would be to increase the 60 minute Warrior hop addition a little. It's been a while since I had an Anchor Steam but, I remember it leaning a little to the bitter (and maybe dry) side. So, just my 2¢.

thanks for the input. i was guessing there but at 32ibu, i was at the bottom of the range. i bumped it up a little.

I like the recipe however I would swap the marris otter for some plain old american two row

I'll keep that in mind. MO is what i have now. but can pick some up from LHBS if it would be better

I would use the MO if you already have it. You can always brew it again with 2 Row in the future and compare
