Hello everyone,
I am new to brewing and just made my first attempt at all grain brewing Saturday. I have a lot to learn as I found out Saturday but I am already planning my next brew. I am using a klarstein maischfest electric mash kettle and have made a fermentation chamber from a mini fridge. I look forward to reading post to gain more knowledge, share my successes, and my mistakes.

I just bottled a dunkelweizen yesterday. Before that I brewed a saison that came out well.
