    Hello everyone,
I am new to brewing and just made my first attempt at all grain brewing Saturday. I have a lot to learn as I found out Saturday but I am already planning my next brew. I am using a klarstein maischfest electric mash kettle and have made a fermentation chamber from a mini fridge. I look forward to reading post to gain more knowledge, share my successes, and my mistakes.
    Thanks

Welcome to the forums and home brewing. Great hobby when I have time. Hopefully your first batch comes out as expected. What part of SC?

One of my favorite styles! Still wishing I could make one as well as the Germans! Consistently anyway.... :)
