Hey all!! I also received the awesome gift of membership here!! Looking forward to interacting with you all over here. I have been brewing for a little over 8 years. Typical start as I entered into brewing with extracts, jumped to partials, and now sport a single tier 3 vessel herms set up for all grain. Have my own grain mill also, as my lhbs (since closed) was unreliable for consistency or freshness. Don't get to brew as much as I would like, but try to give it my all every time I do! I use brewing software to help me with my recipes and brewing and am looking forward to this sites lay out. Only used BS 1 & 2 (maybe bad of me to use the lettering that way!!) for past sessions. Anyways....hello....and I'll be chatting with ya later!!!
