On occasion I have emptied my keg before the new batch is done in the fermenter. When that happens I am naturally anxious to get the next batch carbed up and tapped. So I have done the CO2 rock the keg thing to speed things a bit. Well it is heavy and I am old and lazy. So this is my newest answer...
