Bottled NEIPA

Not that interesting but I bottled the NEIPA today. Really happy with it, followed David Heath quick recipe with 30 min mash and 30 min boil. I got this from grain to bottle in 7 days.

Just curious, assuming that you primed with some form of sugar to bottle condition, why have you put them in the fridge?

When fermentation was done I crash cooled in corny, then force carbed it the next day then put in bottles with beer gun. No bottle conditioning. Heres the beer.

It was great, first time for me on that style, I also did hop tea just before bottling for the first time, really good flavours and happy with the murk level.
