What's your favorite recipe of all time

It’s probably my personality but I’ve never had a favorite (fill in the blank) for anything. Over the years I’ve crafted my favorite brown, porter, stout, etc. recipes, but can’t definitively say I enjoy one over the other because they each present characteristics of their style that I enjoy.

Assuming you've done it both ways, do you like it better as an ale or a lager?
I'm partial to the slightly sweet beer that I make with a lager yeast, the real honey at flameout is very important, it does add a slight flavor

Slightly sweet with only 1/2# caramel malt and 83% attenuation? Malty, but I bet that sweetness is hard to find.
I'll put it down as a future brew, but I just got the grain in from the Malting Co. of Ireland for my Irish Red and need to get that in a tank sooner than later.
It does look good and with the 1st wort hopping, the bitterness will be certainly less perceived.
Maybe my 1/1/24 brew at home with the son in law!
Cheers,
Brian
