Use ‘em up! I did that with a standard grain bill for an amber ale using bits of hops and that beer turned out really good. A one off that will never be replicated. I hope your beer turns out well Steve.

Brown Ale is a great way to empty the pantry LOL. That grain bill is bigger than the Dubbel I am brewing next weekend
