So true
But applies to men and women equally...

As I approach 60, some days I feel like I am 40, and other days I feel like I am 80. That balances out.
A few weeks ago I was up on our roof, which is metal. I was trying to remove maple leaves, when one foot slipped and I went down hard on my butt and my right hand, just in the meaty part of the palm. That left my hand sore for a couple weeks. I went back up on the roof again, after both trees had shed their leaves, and finished the job without incident. I felt 80 after that fall, but 40 when I finished cleaning the leaves.

I gotta get on the roof to remove leaves as well.
Luckily I haven't fallen (yet), but I never feel happy there.
Not feeling 80, not feeling 40 either, just feeling uncomfortable

Just be careful, move slowly and thoughtfully, and you will make it back to earth safely.

I'm actually fine as my roof is like a greenhouse (sort of inverted W), so I can fall, but not fall off.
Still don't like it though
