Not sure if this is the place to post this, but several of my recipes include "Viking 2-row Xtra Pale Europe" malt in the recipe kit. (Yes, I buy recipe kits from a well known distributor). When I'm trying to calculate my brewhouse efficiency, this particular malt from Viking is not in the database. It is 1.9L and the closest I can come to putting it in the calculator is Viking Pilsner, which on the package states 1.7 - 2.0 L. I'm thinking I saw a blurb somewhere about how to report a malt that is not in the database, but I can't find it. Can anyone help me out here?
