Not that interesting but I bottled the NEIPA today. Really happy with it, followed David Heath quick recipe with 30 min mash and 30 min boil. I got this from grain to bottle in 7 days.
Just curious, assuming that you primed with some form of sugar to bottle condition, why have you put them in the fridge?

When fermentation was done I crash cooled in corny, then force carbed it the next day then put in bottles with beer gun. No bottle conditioning. Heres the beer. View attachment 10933
