Notes

Used whirl floc tab at 10 mins from flame out.

Although i didnt use magnum hops for bittering as i had Apollo in the freezer i adjusted the AA% needed this resulted in less Apollo being required.

The beer tastes almost identical to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. it has a very similar colour also.

For carbonation i used 2.7 vols of Co2 from caster sugar (143g) . I bottled 18.5L in total
