7-16-2019 gravity 1.029, fermenting temp moved to 56f
7-19-2019 gravity 1.021, fermenting temp moved to 65f
7-22-2019 gravity 1.017, set freezer temp to 60f to start largering.
on this first batch i'm dropping the temp 5 degrees per day, and hold at 35F. This first batch i'm rushing to get kegged by august. next batch I will take my time
