stable strike 164.5 (flame off at 163 then waited 7 min)

pitched at 76F to room temp 70F room

wed 5/13/20
added 8 g gypsum to dechlorinated tap water

flame off @163-->doughed in @164.9-->157.8 added ice cubes-->154.0 mash temp

temp was off bc oven was on so stick with flame out @163 mash in at 165 and it will put u at 154/5

1 oz of centennial and 1 oz cascade added to dry hop when bubbling almost done and activity way down

24 hours later added super kleer

24 hours later racked into keg with gelatin
