Notes

1x Canadian Blonde - 13 IBU (Mr. Beer),
2x Smooth BrewMax LME (Mr. Beer),

Warm the LME pouches and add to 4 cups of water,
Bring to a boil for 30 minutes and add first half of Saaz,
At 5 minutes add second Saaz and Irish Moss,
Add 4 Red Zinger tea bags and steep for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and add Canadian Blonde (fill can with hot water and get the remaining malt into the wort),

Pour wort into fermenter (prepped with 1-gallon of cold water),
Top off fermenter with cold water, check temp, and pitch yeast.
