Notes

forgot F oats, still got OG 48. pitch at 85F. DH on day 3. 1oz eureka, 3/4 pacifica, lemon. and down to ambient (60/70s)
5/18 crashing with gelatin.

thick krauzen, doesnt die down, trapped hops. shake to mix.

no hop flavor at all. beer is fairly clean. tiny bit of fruit. decent body. but tastes like nothing.

could be pico. and crazy thick krauzen. cant get hops into beer.
