If I were to brew it again, I would add all of the extract at the beginning of the boil, rather than having the liquid as late addition, and add the hops at the 60 min mark as well. The late extract addition made the color a little too light for my liking, and the hops were added later to make up for the more efficient isomerization, and the hop bitterness is perfect so it would ideally be a 60 minute addition with a regular extract boil.

All in all this is a very tasty beer. Probably could use a bit more lactose to give it more body, but the peanut butter flavor is perfect, not overpowering and the beer is malty with a good hop balance.

Garrett C, know this late but the PB flavor comes from the Cap n Crunch. He didn't state that it was PB flavored but it is.
