Notes

Mash/Extract brewing method.

Using SLC, UT's own Solstice Malt floor malted 2 row pale and pilsner.

Mash tun only holds 9 lbs of grain.

The mash wort is drained into the brew kettle containing the malt extract, and is held at 150 degreees during batch sparge to increase the malt extract fermentability (nod to Chris Colby and Jamil Zainasheff.)
