Going for that Quaker Oats Instant Oatmeal flavor and aroma by using packets of Apple Cinnamon oatmeal at the end of the boil in my hop spider to avoid cooking off the flavors i'm aiming for. Calypso should give me some apple aroma with later additions and then with some slight bitter earthy flavors and aromas with EKG earlier.
