Start fermentation in closet @ 66F until Day 3; move to fermentation chamber @ 70F Day 5 (8/13/22). Move back to closet on Day 12 (8/20/22). Crash to 35F on Day 17 (8/25/22). Keg on Day 19 (8/27/22). CO2 charge 5 minutes and 2.5 minutes at 30 psi.
