Added 100mL of biofine to FV.
Should Try weyermann isaria 1924 malt for this next time, Maybe like 25-50% of the mash
Batch 1 notes, needs more back end hops. like alot more. We added 4 lbs of dry hopping to it to compensate.
mash temp needs to be like 151-153 next time to keep from drying out.
Not necessarily in love with 34/70. could do another yeast.
You can sub out the whole leaf next time as well
